Rate Sales Conditions

Cancellation or modification by the guest:

1. The guest is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.

2. The sales conditions of the reserved rate specify the terms for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable. In such cases, this is specified in the rate's sales conditions.

4. When the sales conditions of the reserved rate allow it:

the reservation may be cancelled directly on the Site or the mobile Services via the “View or cancel your reservation” section;
the reservation may be modified directly with the hotel, whose telephone contact details are given in the reservation confirmation sent by email.

5. In the event of an early departure by the guest, the full agreed-upon price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refunds will be granted for this reason.

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the guest must vacate the room by 12:00 PM on the final day of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.

7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.

For any complaints regarding a hotel reservation, the hotel team is at your disposal.
